FUNDRAISING TIPS
Select any combinatiion of fragrances from

All of our candles are richly scented and are quaranteed to burn properly.  We advise you to select 10-15 fragrances from our list.

Select the fragrances that are most popular for the season of the fundraiser.   (We can help!)
Choose a variety from all of the different scent types - fruits, spices, florals, baked goods, etc.

Sell for about 2 weeks and collect payment as each order is placed.

Unless other arrangements are made, candles will usually be shipped directly to your group from the factory approximately 2 weeks after the order is placed.
Although you can easily do a fundraiser with a distributor who does NOT live in your local area, if you prefer to work with someone who lives in your state or province, please check the list of our team members!

A Candle Fundraiser is as EASY  as 1 -2 -3!

 

1)      TAKE ORDERS – I will supply order forms that will be distributed to all fundraiser
participants.  Participants simply take orders and collect the retail price from each
customer and turn in the orders and payment to your organization.

2)      PLACE THE ORDER – After the orders are collected they are tallied on a tally
 sheet that I provide and turned into me along with payment for the wholesale cost
 of the candles. (includes shipping & handling - no hidden costs or surprises!)
 Your organization keeps the difference between your retail selling price and
 wholesale cost as your profit.

3)      DELIVERY – The candles will be shipped directly from the company to your
 organization and from there are distributed by your organizations to the purchasers.

Our program is very flexible!

We can set up a fundraiser using our flameless simmer pots and melts or votive candles, too!

Votive candle fundraisers can be done by taking orders or buying at wholesale prices upfront and selling at an event.

Every organization wants to choose successful fundraisers for their non-profit organization.
In an effort to help you understand the power of our gourmet candle fundraising we want to
answer some of the most asked questions. We know that once you understand the benefits
to our unique program and product you will be excited about offering
our naturally safe, clean burning gourmet candles to everyone you know!
 Q.  Will a gourmet candle fundraiser be as good as the gift-wrap, chocolates,
or other items we have been selling in the past?
 A. There are many factors that contribute to successful fundraisers which make it impossible
to guarantee success in any fundraising program. However, Candle Fundraising Programs have
been as successful, if not more so, than most of the products sold today
.
Q. Can we be successful if we only have a small organization? 
A. Successful fundraisers are not dependent upon the amount of members in your organization. 
We have seen small groups and even individuals who have sold incredible amounts of candles
for fundraising
.
Q. Do many people buy candles? 
 A. It would be impossible to know just how many people buy candles, but we do know that on 
the average, 85% of all families buy candles at least once a year. We believe that most of them
will switch to natural vegetable candles when they are educated on the hazards of other types of
candles.
Q.  Are your gourmet candles too expensive as fundraising products? 
A. Our gourmet candles have value, are naturally clean, and represent a healthy alternative to 
unhealthy paraffin candles. The suggested furndraising prices are competive with a candle of the
same size made by leading manufaturers of quality paraffin candles (which already have a great track
record for fundraising). Your supporters will not be paying a higher price to buy candles for your fundraiser
than they would normally pay for a quality candle at the mall.
Q. Why is the "QUALITY" of your candles so important? 
 A. We constantly search and hand-select fragrance oils from around the world so that our candle gives
off a pleasing scent when it burns. If it is an apple scented candle it will smell like apples, not perfume.
We take immense pride in our process which assures that every aspect of our candle is done with personal
pride and we truly believe that the key to having a long term relationship with your fundraising organization
and their customer base is to offer a candle that has no peers!
 Q. If we sell your gourmet candles two years in a row, will the second year
be as successful as the first?
 A. Past experience shows that the second year is usually MORE successful because people are aware
of the quality and value of our
candles and buy more than they did the year before.
